The California’s Governors Council on Sports and Fitness is live. and it’s running Django.

    Just for your information: There is a small irregularity: The Flash menu makes klicking sounds if you’re on the Governor’s challenge site, on the other two main sites it doesn’t.

    I know that’s not really important, but just wanted to inform you. Great job with Django. My first Django project is still to be build. :)

    Don’t know if it matters, but http://calgovcouncil.org/24_hour_fitness_fact/ is displaying “TemplateDoesNotExist: 500.html” error.

    The sign up form clears all data if it decides it doesn’t like the zip code entered.

    Gee, I thought 90120 was a valid CA zip too. Shouldn’t all the data that I’d entered be preserved and JUST the zip be cleared (or an appropriate error displayed)? This sort of thing drives people away.

    ps: non django comment: amazing that a govt website uses flash on its home page. completely inaccessible.
