damn nasty site
I first saw this on "Game Theorist":http://gametheorist.blogspot.com/ . Josh had a post saying what his blog's readability level was. This was done via a site that checks your 'readability' called criticsrant (no link intentionally).
It performs some kind of analysis on your site, and then you can cut and paste the html for the graphic onto your site. What it doesn't tell you is that in the HTML you paste is a link to a "cash advance":http://www.google.com/search?as_lq=www.cashadvance1500.com&btnG=Search site.
