What i've been up too lately

wow.. a whole month with no blog post.
I’ve been super busy @ $work, and finding being a ‘manager’ is hard as I keep on slipping into coding mode, which isn’t a good thing.
most of my time seems to be spent doing work on dmoz (no its not dead), I think we have fixed their stability issues now which is a good thing and now are focusing on bring some supr dupr e71t3 features to it, as well as helping out with AOL’s NFL channel relaunch which is using solr and atomics (a cnet thing which is mysql over http).
I just returned from a trip to palm cove, which was great. If you are interested in a nice quiet time sitting next to a great beach check it out.
I finally got a blackberry, and I’m addicted to it, and am 1 flight away from being a platinum flyer which means I spend about 6% of my time sitting on planes ;(
more importantly my pally alt is @54, and hopefully will get into outlands soon.
