a quick note to thank Matt for developing Wordpress Mu (or should I thank help.com ?)

wordpress multi user is simple to set up, but not as painless or bugfree as the single user wordpress.

I set it up at $NEWJOB, and have already got 4-5 people blogging on it. hopefully I’ll be able to get even more people blogging internally.

The only thing which bugs me is the default home page. It should have been more like a planet or some tag-based searching thing.. maybe it does.. but I haven’t figured out how yet.. maybe I should RTFM.

No.. not charlie in the chocolate factory, I got a invite to open a blog on wordpress.com.

Will I switch.. probably not, I use tinkering on this box to procrastinate.. and wordpress.com doesn’t have as many knobs, so my main aim isnt fulfilled. BUT I am not the target market for it.
